Momma Lady went for her spay and vaccines we found out Lady has heartworms and a raging ear infection :( she’s started on meds for the ears and then will start her heartworm journey. Shes healing from the spay but isn’t feeling great. Lady is lucky to have a good foster team with Tammy & Michelle so she can get well enough to find her forever home. Mia and her 9 babies were abandoned on a rural property in Mississippi by their owner — left with no food, shelter, or hope. 💔 Thankfully, a kind soul named Jennifer saw them and stepped way outside her comfort zone to bring this little family to safety.
What started as an unexpected rescue has become a life-changing experience for Jennifer’s family — and truly life-saving for sweet Mia and her pups. 🐾

Zoe update from Christine — Zoe’s surgery went really well. Her recovery should be smooth sailing. We should know if her procedure helped in about 2 weeks. We made the drive home today.
