Andy is an approximately 1-year-old Corgi who came to us about 3–4 weeks ago as part of a breeder release. Since arriving, this sweet boy has been neutered, vaccinated, and is busy learning what it truly means to be a dog.
In just a short time, Andy has been gently introduced to new people, places, sounds, and everyday life experiences — and we are so proud of the progress he’s making. 💛 He especially loves meeting new people and is growing more confident each day.
Like many breeder release pups, Andy still has some things to learn and will benefit from continued socialization and patience. The good news? He is in an amazing foster home that is taking things slow and setting him up for success.
We just had to share how incredibly handsome he is and give you all a little peek at this special boy. 🐾

Meet Fritz, one of our precious breeder-release boys who is just under a year old. This tiny Aussie Doodle is only about 20 lbs and still needs to gain some weight — but more than anything, he’s learning that the world is so much bigger (and kinder) than the kennel he spent his early life in.
Fritz is making gentle progress every day. While he’s still nervous and learning how to relax, there is one place where he feels completely safe… snuggled up in bed with his devoted foster mom, Michelle. 💕
He absolutely adores her, and it’s truly the sweetest thing to see. His foster sister Jolee is doing her very best to help him feel calm and confident too — but Fritz is definitely a mama’s boy right now. 🥹
This Valentine’s Day, let’s shower Fritz with love and encouragement as he continues to blossom and learn what it means to be a cherished family member.

One week ago, sweet Lily gave birth to 12 precious babies outside as a stray in the middle of the unusually bitter cold freeze in rural Mississippi. No shelter. No warmth. Just a devoted momma doing everything she could to protect her newborns.
When Michelle found out she didn’t hesitate. She jumped into action with no plan, no preparation and get this she didn’t even have power at her own home. But that didn’t stop her. She knew Lily and her babies couldn’t survive out there. Sadly one of the puppies had already passed by the time she arrived so she got there just in time !
So she brought them home. 💛
Now Lily is warm, safe, and resting comfortably in a loving foster home. She is the sweetest momma and is doing an amazing job caring for all 11 of her babies. They are thriving tiny, cozy, and finally safe.
We are beyond grateful for fosters like Michelle who step up when it matters most. Because of her, this little family has a chance.
Stay tuned for many, many puppy pictures as they grow. These babies have already beaten the odds and their story is just beginning. 🐶✨

Last week, we said yes to a rescue that isn’t our usual intake but one we couldn’t walk away from.
We took in 13 former breeder dogs who had very little human socialization and don’t yet know how to just be dogs. They range in age from 1–8 years old and include
🐶 4 female momma dogs
🐶 9 males
Breeds include:
• 5 Bichon Frise
• 3 Shih Tzu
• 2 Corgis
• 1 Pomeranian
• 1 Aussie Doodle
They were all shaved when they arrived, and every single one will need complete vetting — vaccines, spay/neuter, microchips, and some will need dentals. We’re still waiting on heartworm results, which we should know later this week.
This wasn’t a typical rescue effort for us but when one of our fosters reached out, worried these dogs could fall into the wrong hands, we knew we had to help.
I can’t even explain how shut down some of them are 💔
They’re safe now all are in foster homes except two:
• One is a medical foster with a tracheal issue
• The other is the most shut down and will need a very special, patient foster
